This home exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to sponge docks and restaurants. Extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Hosts had everything we could have needed for our stay. The home is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this place ! Ideal location and perfect for a week long stay . Host were so quick to answer any questions and helpful with suggestions for what we needed . Love the kitchen . We made a spanakopita for our finally with ease . We will definitely want to come back here .

I booked this place last-minute while sitting at my airport gate after my original lodging plans fell through due to a friend coming down with strep. The booking process was incredibly easy it took less than two minutes and within five minutes I received a warm welcome message. They even offered an early check-in to help accommodate the situation, which I really appreciated. The home was clean, modern, and the bedroom was spacious and perfect for my four-night stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our 5 day visit to the area. Every amenity you would need was available to you. beach towels and chairs were a nice bonus. A car is a necessity to get around but driving is very easy with Google maps. We ventured to the Brooker reserve and enjoyed a great hike through a natural area. Ate alot of great Greek food. Loved the bay shrimp. Also enjoyed the Howard Park and the sunset park. Great sunsets. Easy grocery shopping in the area. Saw a couple of dolphins in the gulf area. Overall loved it and would definitely come back and stay at this lovely place.

Nicholas and Anna are great hosts. We stayed 5 nights while on vacation. The location of the home is close to everything, including the sponge docks, restaurants, shopping, microbreweries, coffee shops. It's a great location. We especially enjoyed the Tarpon Social House for breakfast and coffee which was delicious, and the staff is wonderful. The house is stocked with everything you need and is beautiful and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Tarpon and enjoyed the dolphin cruise and Rusty Bellies. Ask for Lele, our server. She was really great. We can't say enough about Nicholas and Anna. Their communication was above and beyond. You can't go wrong staying here. Thank you for making your home our home while we stayed in Tarpon Springs.
