This rental was even more beautiful in person!!! I loved the decor! Was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Nicholas and Anna are great hosts who were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Was also a great location to walk to downtown Tarpon or walk to the sponge docks. I very highly recommend this rental!!!

Nicholas and Anna are great hosts. We stayed 5 nights while on vacation. The location of the home is close to everything, including the sponge docks, restaurants, shopping, microbreweries, coffee shops. It's a great location. We especially enjoyed the Tarpon Social House for breakfast and coffee which was delicious, and the staff is wonderful. The house is stocked with everything you need and is beautiful and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Tarpon and enjoyed the dolphin cruise and Rusty Bellies. Ask for Lele, our server. She was really great. We can't say enough about Nicholas and Anna. Their communication was above and beyond. You can't go wrong staying here. Thank you for making your home our home while we stayed in Tarpon Springs.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tarpon Springs! The location was perfect—right in the heart of a beautiful small town with so much charm. I loved spending time at Sunset Beach and Howard Park; both were absolutely fabulous and made the trip extra special.
The food in Tarpon Springs is incredible, especially the authentic Greek cuisine—every meal was unforgettable. The Airbnb itself was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to reach if I had any questions, which made everything stress‑free. Nichola’s went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. Check‑in and check out was simple and smooth.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Nick and Anna's place was exactly as advertised- well-located, safe, and clean. We had an excellent experience over the 3 nights we stayed.
The house itself was private and spacious, and we appreciated the various amenities provided. We were well equipped to cook as there was a stove, air fryer, oven, toaster, and microwave, as well as pots and pans.
Nearby, we enjoyed visiting the beach at Fred Howard Park where we were able to watch a fireworks show for the 4th of July. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby (including a Publix less than 10 minutes away) which made it easy for us to get anything we needed.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would be more than happy to stay again!

Our stay at Nick & Anna’s place was exactly what we needed. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. We all exclaimed the place was super cute and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and there are so many stores very close by for all your needs. Nick and Anna were very proactive with their communication and provided such detailed instructions. They were so very accommodating and we will absolutely book with them again. We will also let all our friends and family know about Nick & Anna’s place when they make a trip down. You will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful place!! Very open, very clean and very liveable. Easy and short walk to both the sponge docks and downtown Tarpon.
This place felt like home! It was well appointed and very clean. The internet was fast and reliable.
There were no surprises at all during our stay. The hosts were amazing, offing great communication and attention to detail.
We are looking forward to our next stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Nick and Anna’s Airbnb in Tarpon Springs with my wife and two sons! The house was exceptionally well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly situated near the sponge docks, restaurants, and local attractions. Nick and Anna were fantastic hosts, with prompt and clear communication, ensuring our family had a seamless and enjoyable experience. We encountered no issues and highly recommend this amazing place to anyone visiting Tarpon Springs!
