Charming Retreats in Historic Tarpon Springs

Our stay at Nick and Anna's place was fantastic! The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, their communication was prompt and clear, and the location was perfect (safe, quiet, and close to the sponge docks). We loved the comfortable beds, the massive master bedroom shower, and the personal touches. I can't think of a single negative critique. We would definitely stay again, and we highly recommend their place if you're planning a trip to Tarpon Springs. Nothing! The place was great!

Nick and Anna's place was exactly as advertised- well-located, safe, and clean. We had an excellent experience over the 3 nights we stayed. The house itself was private and spacious, and we appreciated the various amenities provided. We were well equipped to cook as there was a stove, air fryer, oven, toaster, and microwave, as well as pots and pans. Nearby, we enjoyed visiting the beach at Fred Howard Park where we were able to watch a fireworks show for the 4th of July. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby (including a Publix less than 10 minutes away) which made it easy for us to get anything we needed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would be more than happy to stay again!

Our stay at Nick & Anna’s place was exactly what we needed. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. We all exclaimed the place was super cute and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and there are so many stores very close by for all your needs. Nick and Anna were very proactive with their communication and provided such detailed instructions. They were so very accommodating and we will absolutely book with them again. We will also let all our friends and family know about Nick & Anna’s place when they make a trip down. You will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful place!! Very open, very clean and very liveable. Easy and short walk to both the sponge docks and downtown Tarpon. This place felt like home! It was well appointed and very clean. The internet was fast and reliable. There were no surprises at all during our stay. The hosts were amazing, offing great communication and attention to detail. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

The house was exceptionally well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly situated near the sponge docks, restaurants, and local attractions. Nick and Anna were fantastic hosts, with prompt and clear communication, ensuring our family had a seamless and enjoyable experience. We encountered no issues and highly recommend this amazing place to anyone visiting Tarpon Springs!

This was our second time staying here. Such wonderful and responsive hosts! We love the home and can walk everywhere. They supply a house full of amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

Very pretty home. Very clean. With traveling from Ohio, we arrived a little earlier than check-in, Anna was finishing some details then allowed us into property which we greatly appreciated! The property was close and convenient to everything we wanted to see and/or do. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tarpon Springs and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and my 2 week stay. Very updated and comfortable. Great neighbourhood close to everything. 5 minute walk to sponge docks. Nick and Anna were very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Our family had an amazing stay at Nick and Anna place… felt like we were home and had everything you needed for an awesome stay! Great location as well, and very close to local city attractions like the spindle docks, lots of restaurants, and shops. The house was immaculate inside, and outside… which is huge for us being neat freaks. Attention to detail was very noticeable in the home and nothing was missed by these host. 100% would stay with Nick and Anna again in the future.
